Terms of Service

Last updated: draft — not yet reviewed by counsel.

1. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to legally use Commu in your country of residence.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Commu to harass others, impersonate someone else, share illegal content, or attempt to compromise the security of the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this.

3. Content you share

You keep ownership of what you post — your profile, messages, and community contributions. By posting, you grant Commu a license to store and display that content as needed to operate the service.

4. Communities

Community owners and moderators set additional rules for their own communities. Commu isn't responsible for member-to-member disputes but will act on reports that violate these terms.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as Commu evolves. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
