Account details (name, email), profile information you choose to add (bio, avatar, country, city, languages, interests), and content you create (messages, community posts). If you enable nearby discovery, we collect approximate location while that feature is active.
To operate the service: showing your profile to others per your visibility settings, delivering messages, matching you with nearby people and communities, and keeping the platform secure.
We don't sell your personal data to third parties.
If you sign in with Google or a passkey, we receive only what's needed to authenticate you (e.g. name and email for Google) — Google doesn't see your Commu activity, and passkeys never leave your device; we only store the public key.
You can edit or delete your profile information at any time, control who can see your profile via visibility settings, and request account deletion.
